Shipping policy
Domestic Orders:
Free shipping for orders over $25.00 CAD. Orders from GTA (Ontario) may be hand-delivered. Delivery window is 3-9 business days after processing time.
International (USA):
Free shipping for orders over $50.00 CAD. Delivery window is 5-10 business days after processing time.
International (excluding USA):
Discounted shipping rates will apply and will be determined by Canada Post. Delivery window will depend on service chosen at checkout.
Order processing times:
After an order is placed, we will get it ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Returns:
All sales are final due to hygienic reasons. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us at our email (prettyredefined.shop@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receipt.
Potential Service Interruptions:
We use Canada Post for shipping. We may use other carriers to fulfill your orders in the event of an interruption with Canada Post. We will keep you informed.
